Driver recruitment marketing · CDL-A

CDL-A drivers from short-form video. Paid per hire.

We make 15-second vertical recruitment videos for your open lanes, run them on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and pass you pre-screened applicants. You pay when a driver is hired, not for clicks.

Now taking a small number of pilot partners: carriers and driver recruiting agencies.

Illustrative example, not a live campaign

How it works

From your job order to a seated driver

Each campaign is built around one real opening: its pay, home time, equipment and hiring area.

  1. Job order

You share the position: lanes, CPM or weekly pay, home time, equipment, hiring radius and minimum experience.

  2. Video and ads

We script and cut short vertical videos and run them under the platforms' employment ad rules in your hiring area.

  3. Pre-screen

We contact each applicant, confirm CDL class, experience and safety history, and get consent to share their details.

  4. Hand-off and hire

Qualified applicants go to your recruiters or ATS. You run your DOT checks and decide who to hire.

What you receive

Applicants who match the job before they reach you

Every applicant comes with the details your recruiters ask for on the first call.

  • Self-reported MVR: moving violations and accidents in the last 3 years
  • Preferred route type (local, regional, OTR) and home-time needs
  • Location and distance from your terminal or hiring area
  • Documented consent to be contacted by your company

About

A small studio focused on one job

DriveFrame Media is an independent recruitment-marketing studio founded by Ryosuke Tokushima. We combine video production and paid social advertising to help trucking companies reach drivers who are not browsing job boards.

We are early, and we work with a few partners at a time so each campaign gets direct attention.
